What we calibrate

We calibrate manual and electronic torque wrenches, transducers, and torque testers. Verification includes accuracy across the working range and repeatability checks.

Calibration procedure

  • Apply known torque using calibrated torque transducers or reference machines.
  • Test at multiple points across the wrench range (typically 20%, 50%, 80%).
  • Record deviations, adjust if possible, and issue a calibration certificate with uncertainty.

Care & recommendations

  • Store torque wrenches in a protective case and avoid dropping.
  • Return to zero before storage for click-type wrenches.
  • Schedule regular recalibration depending on usage frequency.
